For anyone who is interested in culture, we recommend the program of Berlin Theatre and Opera. Perfect choice for spending a marvelous evening.
Maxim Gorki Theatre is a small but well-known theatre for all kind of literature plays. It is located near to river Spree and holds a comfortable hall for diving into another world for some time.
Address: Am Festungsgraben 2, 10117 Berlin
The German Opera is the most famous opera in Berlin and enchants the visitors always with something new. It´s worth to get the tickets some time before, so you have time to discover the beautiful area around the opera and of course the architectural building itself is worth some time for observing.

For all the fans of musicals we recommend the theatre of west (Theater des Westens) or the theatre at Potsdamer Platz. They have constantly changing programs and you can get a real feeling of Broadway.
Going out in the evening is no problem in a metropolis like Berlin is.
Simon-Dach-Straße in Friedrichshain is the most popular mile with many cool bars and restaurants. It´s tricky to choose one of the bars because there is so many of them- 150- but in all of them, comfortable stay is guaranteed.
In Prenzlauer Berg/central area we definitely recommend the Kastanienallee. On the street there are many nice shops, restaurants and bars. You better keep your eyes open, so you can´t miss the hip Berlin people with the newest fashion trends.
In Charlottenburg there is the most known street- die Straße des Berliner Westens- der Kurfürstendamm!
Perfect street on which you can have delicious meal or good drinks. One more tip is the near-by area around Savignyplatz. You can find many beautiful restaurants and nice bars there, where to spend good time.
The Hackescher Markt, also as sightseeing can suprise you with a back yard with the coolest street art there can be found in Berlin.
Nightlife in Berlin is crazy. Every day there is party- non stop. Without an end and there is something for everyone. One of the most important clubs in Europe is in Berlin- Berghain- one of the hippest techno clubs in the world. Also the Watergate is a popular club among electronic music friends. For the rock lovers there is a club Hard Rock Café or White trash. This club is for everyone who like long guitar tones and like to shake their head to rock music. For everyone who like the main steam music and charts, we recommend the clubs Matrix or the Soda club. These clubs are worth visiting, because they welcome you with many different dance halls with many different kind of music styles, so you never get bored. Of course there are many more clubs in Berlin but if I start to list up them here, then the line would be the longest in the world. A little tip for the undecided ones- just go to Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg area, to Simon-Dach-Straße and drink a bit before you go to a club. You most certainty will find some cool place where to spend the night and dance. Because in this area you have many different clubs.
