Berlin cinemas worth visiting! part 1
The biggest and most famous movie event in Berlin is of course the Berlinale.
Unfortunately it takes place only once in a year, in February. Luckily is this event not the only opportunity to watch good movies in Berlin. Do you only want to watch Netflix all the time? Go to the cinema and experience real cinema atmosphere! We serve here a fine choice of cinemas.
1. Cinema-theater in Friedrichshain
The program of the cinema consist mostly of the European Cinema-art and independent Movies from the USA. It has been opened since 1925 and it is still a popular place to watch movies. Every Monday a sneak preview takes place, where an unknown movie is being screened. This is an event for someone who likes suprises.

2. ACUD Cinema
This cinema is a part of the ACUD Art-house in the central area of Berlin and provides an intimate atmosphere far away from tourist rumble. The program of the small cinema consists mostly of movies of European Cinema, independent movies and Documentations.

3. Babylon Berlin
The building of Babylon cinema is remarkable because it is a project of a famous architect Hans Poelzig. This old cinema (built already in 1929) screens independent movies, documentations and movies of different Film festivals. Babylon is a perfect choice for our international population and offers an interesting selection of movies mainly in English, Spanish and Italian.

4. B-ware! Ladenkino
This small, intimate cinema has a special charm. It doesn´t screen only great selection of movies but also offers a unique, cozy atmosphere for the visitors. This cinema is worth visiting one, two or several times!

5. Girls cinema
The name of the cinema does not refer to the program of the cinema. Boys and men are also welcomed. This cinema project is organized by the DaWanda Snuggery and takes place in the old Movie theatre “Klick”, which is over 100 year old. The screenings of old-known and unknown movies take place on every Friday.
