I find the german café business in Berlin a bit chaotic, since the Barista coffee culture reached Berlin.
The Baristas are called artists for a reason. The making of the milk foam is studied! Unfortunately I see now and then, how the milk is simply being waisted: too hot, too cold or even milk foam, that is made so badly, that you wouldn´t like to have it even in your bath. Luckily there is enough Italians, Autralians and People from Newseeland, who benefit into the coffee culture in Berlin and make it professional. If you think now “I have no idea what is she talking about. Our coffee is great!” then you should try a cup of coffe in one of athe Berlin café´s that is famous for their coffee creations.

If you need a coffein kick after a long party weekend, then you should go to „Bonanza Coffee Heroes“, „5 Elephants“ or „The Barn“. The Baristas there will put a smile on your tired face
