A relaxed meeting place for the Friedrichshainers is the oldest restaurant in the well known

Simon-Dach-Straße. With no frills but good traditional food. The breakfast offerings have funny names such as the Simplon, Revaler, Boxhagener ..., behind them hide the names of adjacent streets. A "Revaler" breakfast for example is a croissant, homemade jam, butter and fruits. In the evening the Blechbilderbar is a nice neighborhood pub for having a drink, for many people the second living room.
