Christmas
An enchanting walk through the Christmas Garden Berlin - from 15.11. until 05.01.2020
Have you always wanted to go through a fantastic winter landscape? You already long for an early Christmas mood that will enchant you in no time?
Then we recommend to visit the "Christmas Garden Berlin". Inspired by the winter-light-show of the Royal Botanic Garden in Great Britain, the botanical garden in Dahlem is now transformed into a beautiful fairy tale landscape. From mid-November, this dream forest will open its doors every evening and invite you to take a very special walk.
On a long walk (about one and a half kilometers) you can enjoy a peaceful evening. A light sea of around 1 million bulbs, 3000 light chains and a large amount of colorful illuminations and figures transform the garden into a dreamy environment. In addition, there is also the possibility to take a rest at several fire places. Children and adults can also enjoy regional delicacies. Also, do not forget to bring your skates, because another highlight of this event is the 300m² skating rink.
The Christmas Garden Berlin has everything you need to immerse yourself into a nice Christmas atmosphere. It has so much to offer for young and old that it will never get boring. Other highlights include Rudolph and his friends, a sound play, the star forest and the firefly garden. Bring your whole family and jump into the shining Sea.
